Validation
A strong validation process achieved
This new detection process has been validated during the last 10 years thanks to a significant experience return. It is particularly the case for specific environment in which the system have to work (weather, temperatures, natural or industrial landscape, presence of vehicles or people…).
Second Sight® has been tested on several petrochemical sites. These testing sessions allowed validating:
- its operating robustness in industrial environment during long period of time
- its detection capacity of several kind of toxics or explosive gases frequently met in petrochemical area
- its unique capacity to detect gas cloud at more than
5 km from the camera
